About the project
Hertfordshire Public Health Connect is a partnership between the University of Hertfordshire and Hertfordshire County Council Public Health Department. Hertfordshire Public Health Connect aims to bring together information about excellent public health research, practice and education for all professionals and students involved in Public Health in Hertfordshire and the East of England.
Hertfordshire Public Health Connect showcases our renowned, local approach to addressing public health – we work across disciplines, drawing on social science theory and evidence for the benefit of professionals working in pharmacy, nutrition, dietetics, environmental planning, nursing, allied health professions, social care and sport.
Our vision is to use collaborative working to provide benefits for local populations, to address inequalities and to assist stakeholders tasked with promoting health and wellbeing and preventing illness and disease.
